Enrollment Special Regime

Following, there are instructions  and  the relation of the necessary documents to apply for special regime in subjects of the Doctorate Degree in Health  and  Environment.

- Application form (click here);

- E-mail ppgsma@univille.br requesting the subjects schedule;

-  Select  the subjects, totalizing 6 credits—each credit corresponds to 15 h/class;

- Make a document that justifies the selection of the subjects and of the Doctorate Degree in Health  and  Environment;

- Copy of the Master’s degree certificate (dual side);

- 1 3x4 picture;

- Copy of RG  and  CPF;

*If approved, payment of the subject  and  contract signature.

*All the documents must be presented along with the original ones upon the application.
